The TwothMatch Wellness Club

Looking after the people who look after smiles.

A wellbeing community for UK dental professionals. Practical support for your mind, body and career, designed around the realities of chairside work, busy diaries and long clinical days.

Mind

Tools for stress, focus and recovery after demanding days.

Body

Posture, movement and energy for chairside work.

Career

Confidence, growth and balance at every career stage.

Community

Peers who understand, because they do the job too.

Why it matters

Dentistry gives a lot. It can take a lot too.

Dental teams spend their days focused on other people: calming nervous patients, keeping clinics running on time and holding the same posture for hours. It's rewarding work, and it's demanding.

The Wellness Club exists so that dental nurses, trainees, dentists, hygienists, therapists and practice teams have somewhere to recharge, learn and feel supported, wherever they work.

Physical strain

Long sessions leaning over the chair take a toll on necks, backs and shoulders.

Busy diaries

Back-to-back appointments leave little time to pause, eat well or reset.

Emotional load

Supporting anxious patients and handling complaints can quietly add up.

Career pressure

Exams, new roles and returning after a break can feel overwhelming alone.

Membership benefits

Everything that's included.

Membership brings practical, bite-sized support you can fit into a lunch break or the commute home.

FAQs

Good to know.

Who can join the Wellness Club?

Anyone working or training in UK dentistry: dental nurses, trainees, dentists, hygienists, therapists, practice managers and reception teams.

Do I need to find a job through TwothMatch to join?

No. The Wellness Club is open whether you're job hunting, happily settled in your role or hiring for your practice.

Where do sessions take place?

Most sessions run online so you can join from anywhere in the UK. Content and reminders also live in the TwothMatch app, with occasional in-person member events.

Can my whole practice team join together?

Yes. Practice owners and managers can invite their team, and we share wellbeing toolkits designed to be used in team meetings.

Are peer circles private?

Peer circles are small, member-only groups with clear community guidelines. What's shared in a circle stays in the circle.

Need more support? The Wellness Club offers community and lifestyle support, not medical or crisis care. If you're struggling, please speak to your GP or call NHS 111. Samaritans are available any time, day or night, on 116 123.
