Our story

Born inside real dental practices.

TwothMatch was created by Saba Arif, founder of Dev Haus Group. Saba has built three squat dental practices from the ground up without a clinical background, and in every one of them, recruitment was the hardest part.

Good nurses were tied up with agencies or buried on job boards. Practice managers were ringing round at 8am to cover sickness. Talented trainees struggled to find practices willing to support them. The tools simply hadn't kept up with how dental teams live and work.

So we built the tool we wished we'd had: a swipe-to-match app that puts the right people in front of each other, instantly.

Every practice I built taught me the same lesson: your team is everything. TwothMatch exists so that finding the right people stops being the hardest part of running a practice.
