Yes. Each team member uses the app to see their shifts, set availability and request changes. Managers can work from the app too.
Can I include locums and temporary staff on the rota?
Absolutely. Locums booked through TwothMatch are added to your rota automatically, and you can add your own regular locums too.
What happens when someone calls in sick?
Mark them as off and the shift shows as a gap. You can reassign it to someone in your team or post it as an open shift to available professionals nearby.
