Do we need any special hardware?
No. You just need your practice QR code, printed or on a screen, and your team's phones with the TwothMatch app installed.
What if someone forgets to clock in or their phone is flat?
Managers can add or adjust an entry manually with a note explaining why, so your records stay accurate and transparent.
Is staff location tracked all day?
No. Location is checked only at the moment someone scans to clock in or out, to confirm they're at the practice. It isn't tracked at any other time.
Can we use it across more than one site?
Yes. Each site has its own QR code, and team members who work across sites simply scan the code where they're working that day.
Can staff see their own hours?
Yes. Everyone can see their shifts, clock-ins and total hours in the app, which helps avoid pay queries later.
